Q. Which spell is best for me?
A. When you first look over our spells and spell kits there are some that stand out more than others to you. A feeling comes over you as to what is right or not. Usually those feelings are right on target. And, generally, the title of the spells should say it all. Our recommendation is to go with what you feel is right. Q. When will I see results from my spell?
A. Everyone experiences spells differently and just when some people are ready to give up is right when they begin to see some amazing results. Keep in mind that spell casting is not a science, it is an art. There is no way to predict a specific hour, day or timing of when they will take effect. Spells effect everyone differently. We do see that the more positive you are the quicker you see results.

Q.I want to purchase spells but I don't want anything mailed to me.
A. No problem. At time of checkout, in the "Shipping Options" area just select "Spell Casting Only-Don't Ship" and we take care of the rest.
Q. I heard that psychics can’t cast spells. Don’t you have to be a witch to cast a spell?
A. Witches generally are psychic, at least a professional and effective witch is. It takes a psychic mind and adept psychic skills to be able to know if your spell casting is taking effect and if it is working shortly after the spell casting. If someone casts a spell for you and is not able to monitor its effectiveness or psychically watch how it is evolving in the spell casting process then there is no way of knowing what is going on or how it will affect the recipient. Spell casting without being psychic would be like driving blind-folded. It can be done, sort of, but shortly there is probably going to be a crash.

Q. Do your spells work? I've tried others that don't.
A. Well, the answer to this question is probably best left to our clients to tell you themselves. When you look over our testimonials page you will see some of the many happy clients we've had over the years.
As you can see by all the other testimonials, we must be doing something right! Plus, with a 1-year guarantee you have nothing to lose by trying us and everything to gain.
Q. I have doubts but I'm desperate. Should I try these spells?
A. See the answer above. However, if you have doubts, and are skeptical, don't purchase spells. You must be positive and have complete faith that they will work otherwise, you lose before you start.
Q. Does it take very long to receive my spell kits?
A. It generally takes 5-7 business days to prepare your items to ship out to you. This is because our products are not stocked on a shelf, but handmade per order and per individual. This is the real deal and this is why it takes a little longer to get your order. After your purchase is built, we ship. Allow 10-14 days to receive a special made spell kit.

Q. I am working with other spells but haven't seen results. Is it still okay to get your spells?
A. It is fine. Obviously, if their spells worked you wouldn't be coming to us. Our spells are quite powerful. They work. We also have spells that fix other spells that haven't worked. In fact, we fix any spells that have been cast by any other psychic.
Q. Do I have to do anything or do you do the spell casting?
A. If you purchase spell work that is spell casting only with no items shipped then nothing is required of you to do. If you purchase spell work that is shipped to you then you must do the casting yourself and activate your spell kit by following the instructions sent to you with your product.

A. We respect your privacy. All of our products come in plain packaging. No one will know the power you hold except you.
Q. Why can’t Customer Care answer my questions about spell work?
A. Customer Care is not experienced in the art of spell casting and is not permitted to try to answer your questions pertaining to your situation. Customer Care can only recommend that you speak to one of our spell casters to receive professional advice and direction on exactly what is needed to help you in the quickest way possible. Customer Care is available to help you navigate the website and answer any general questions pertaining to how to make purchases and schedule appointments.

Q. I'm under 18 years old. Can I still order?
A. We prefer not to sell to anyone under 18 years old without a parents' or gaurdians' permission. Please have a parent or gaurdian fill out our Credit Card Authorization form first: click here.
Q. Can you cast more than one spell at a time; should I buy more than one spell at a time?
A. Yes. If you have a couple of problems and need more than one spell it is fine to have them cast all at once.
Q. How long do the spell results last?
A. Spell castings last indefinitely, or until you want to change them. You can also freshen up previously purchased spells or add more power by adding a Power Boost to your cache of spells or doubling your order by purchasing another one at a later time.

Pre-paid credit cards are quick and easy to activate and do not require you to get a credit check or have a bank account. Generally, all you need are two forms of I.D. and verify your address, that's it. Then, just load the credit card with the amount of cash you want, or direct deposit (however you choose to set it up) and since you pre-pay you avoid all the hassles of interest and "other payments" associated with a regular credit card, but still maintain all of the protection benefits as you would with a regular credit card.
If privacy is a concern for you then this is the most confidential method to purchase from us and you can have any alternative location arranged for the billing address associated with the prepaid credit card (post office box or the like) so that you can have your packages shipped from us to you, to an alternate location to maintain your anonymity.

A. We understand your skepticism. If you are still indeed skeptical, by all means, do not purchase our spells. It does take a positive frame of mind and maintaining belief in our work to see the results you want as quickly as you want. And, just because our spells, spell kits and products have helped thousands worldwide, that does not mean they will work for you. Please make a good choice for your life. Work with whomever you feel you can trust and have confidence in.
Q. Are your spells guaranteed?
A. We offer a 1-year guarantee for all spell kits and spell castings. That does not mean that it will take 1-year to see results in your spell work. It simply allows you to have enough time to evaluate the results and if you have any setbacks or slowdowns it gives you enough time for things to turn around for you. Q. Don't you need my picture or specimens from me?
A. Authentic psychics, witches or spell casters of any kind do not need anything from you except your name, birthday, area you live in and names of others you may want to include in your spell casting. Genuine spell casters can cast spells over anything or anyone any place in the world without physical presence or materials from them.
